This box is filled with games and activities to encourage learning. It contains a manual filled with ideas for developing maths skills.

Recommended age: 4 – 7 years

This box has been put together to explore and develop numeracy. It is filled with tools to encourage counting and learning about numbers, values and patterns. All the materials can be used in various ways; this encourages and develops creativity.

The Busy Box contains some great activities and ideas for games. It also has a couple of ideas for crafts. All activities and crafts need to be guided and supervised by an adult or responsible party. It is advised that the instructions are read before any activities are attempted.

Remember to HAVE FUN! Children learn through EVERYTHING that they do. Use the box as a tool to do activities and learn through play, discovery and adventure.

The ideas, activities and tools should be used as guidelines: creativity is the main goal. Adjust some games, and make them your own. It is essential that this should be a catalyst to fun.
